| H.O.U.S.E. Theatre Arts Group has been established since 2002. It’s organization develops a community faith based approach, designed to foster our youth and economically disadvantaged families by experiencing the power of arts. The acronym H.O.U.S.E. stands for Helping Our Underserved Skills & Education. The aim is to design interventions where local city officials, schools, universities, diverse church ministries and life-changing organizations work collaboratively in a positive way for the betterment of the city. We embrace organizations who seek positive outcomes through community-based interventions for economically disadvantaged families, troubled and at risk youth. H.O.U.S.E aims to provide positive instruction in theatre, acting, dance and other art forms. Our desire is to enhance the standards of quality and integrity in the preparation of undiscovered at risk youth in the community, that are gifted and to a more diverse group in order to broaden multi-cultural arts education and literacy experiences. Art intervention opens the mind and allows individuals to release through expression which builds self-esteem and more importantly it reveals the gifting and talents hidden inside. H.O.U.S.E. community-based interventions, impact, impart and empower families, neighborhoods, youth and multi cultural communities in a positive way that will evolve to a better quality of life, hope and a future. |
